This workshop invites you to step onto your inner stage. Through mindfulness practices and guidance from a counseling psychologist, you'll learn how to observe, understand, and regulate your emotions.
It’s not just a lecture—it’s an experience. With interactive activities designed for a safe and supportive space, you’ll explore your inner world and practice letting go.
