5G Private Network Field Networking Workshop

In order to assist faculty and students from each college at Feng Chia University in effectively utilizing the university's 5G field, and to help them understand 5G communication technology and the configuration of the university's private network, as well as to continuously develop innovative applications for digital transformation, we are organizing the "5G Private Network Field Networking Workshop". This also aims to encourage students to apply 5G technology in the "2026 Feng Chia University Virtuosi Innovation Competition".

The details of this workshop are as follows:

• (1) Teaching Topics:
  1. Configuration and networking of 5G gateways (CPE and Dongle)
  2. Configuration and testing of data transmission between 5G private network and 4G network
  3. Configuration and testing of video transmission applications on the 5G private network
  4. Demonstration of applications integrating 5G private network and drones
• (2) Session Time: January 7, 2026 (Wednesday), 14:00-17:00
• (3) Venue: 8th Floor, Science & Aviation Building - 5G Laboratory
